Michel Moubius was a renowned cheese scholar in the year of 1367 in France, celebrated for his groundbreaking work with blue molds. His career was thriving—until a flea carrying the Black Plague quite literally Ratatouille’d him with a bite to the skull. That bite cursed him with an endless hunger: to survive, he must continue to feed on humanity, or meet his untimely death.

Victims: 

Bourgeoisie (regular humans): Once common folk who willingly provided Michel with the blue mold he needed for his experiments are now common folk who live in fear of Michel. Eating them gives you one more second to live.
Aristoconsel (the elite): Also humans, but since they’re obviously in better physical condition than the rest of the citizens, they’ll grant Michel more time (2-3 seconds) from each feed, but they move faster than the bourgeoisie and spawn far fewer than them too.

Enemies:
Debussies (cats): Lived in eternal jealousy of Michel’s fame, his moldy smell, and most importantly, the fact that they felt he shouldn’t have “chosen” to become the Plague’s favored son. Fueled by vengeance and spite, debussies work to bring Michel down. Their function in the game is a one hit game over, and will chase Michel down at similar speeds Michel travels in.
